After several years of creative entrepreneurship, ten years managing regional offices for multi-national financial services companies, Phil was recruited to open CCC-Dallas, 1984.  He began the office with one employee (who today still manages our support operations) and a group of creditor clients who trusted in his abilities and his integrity. Since then, Phil built the office into a full-service collection and consulting business with professional staff handling everything from specialized niche-market accounts to high volume receivables liquidation projects.   Phil managed the development of AR² Ô (Accounts Receivable Accelerated Recovery) and TECSÔ (Tools for Enhanced Credit Sales) programs now in use nationally by all CCC offices. Over 25 years of service to the commercial credit industry, Phil Carnes has personally managed the collection of hundreds of millions of dollars.  The trust and respect he has earned along the way is the solid ground upon which CCC-Dallas was built, and from which it will continue to grow in the Twenty-First Century. Garry Carnes gcarnes@ccc-worldwide.com With over 35 years in the credit and collection industry, Garry's credentials include extensive involvement with asset-based lenders and commercial banks.  As former Operations Manager with a "Top 3" firm, Garry (Vice-President of CCC-Dallas) honed his skills and developed quite a gift for skip tracing and asset location.  His in-depth knowledge of state and federal laws and compliance statutes adds plenty of punch to his collection results.
